Dorothy is quite nice, but that in itself may prove a problem as rookies most of all needs to stand out somehow to get that needed attention. And in regards to the color, if one follow the lyrics the color should not be taken to literal - it instead implies the color your lips gets when you are really frozen, which is implied in this case as they sing about being badly dumped and cold because of it. ;-)
