Apparently
Shiny, or Yao Yiqing, had a chance at a music career already at 13 years of age but her father flatly refused that, and the second time around, now at 18 this year, it is only on the condition that she combines this with studies. Well, time will tell what works out the best. The thee videos so far has a nice variation in them - from the cute debut Small World, via the more somber "Wall", to the latest "Da Bomb" which shows off her english skills in a nice dance number.
